Data collected and purposes
Contact form: the form sends nothing to our servers, it opens your email client pre-filled with name, email and message, so the data reaches us only by email. Private area: name, company, email and password, processed to create the account, review the access request and manage the session (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Passwords are stored only as hashes. We also log approval or rejection decisions for internal control purposes (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Processors and transfers
Authentication and the private-area database are provided by Supabase (Supabase Inc., infrastructure in the European Union). Hosting and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives the IP address needed to serve the file. Maps are provided by Google Maps and are loaded only after your explicit consent. Data-processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place; any transfers outside the EU rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies and local storage
Technical cookies and local storage: language preference (site-lang), cookie choice (cookie-consent) and the private-area session token, all required for the site to work and set without consent under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. Third-party content: Google Maps is embedded only if you accept and may set its own cookies; until you accept, the map is not loaded and no request is sent to Google Maps. We use no profiling, advertising or analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Retention
Emails received are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise. Private-area accounts remain active until the user asks for deletion; approval logs are kept for 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to contact@awaismuhammad.com. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
