This site is informational and acts as a showcase. It presents consumer gift goods sold at retail at authorised public-area markets and by direct reservation.
3. Excluded products
We do not deal in chemicals or hazardous substances, precious metals or gemstones, virtual currencies, financial or insurance products, medical devices, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or any goods requiring special licensing.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in euro, VAT included, and refer to items available in limited quantities. As several pieces are handmade, colours and finishes may vary slightly from the photographs.
5. Reservations
Requests sent through the contact form are not binding orders: the sale is completed in person at the stand, with the tax document required by Italian law.
6. Private area
Access to the private area is personal, subject to registration and manual approval. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials safe and must not share them.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs and the trade mark on this site belong to the owner and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing law
The relationship is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile remains competent.
